Every teacher submits their credentials and documents during onboarding. Our admin team reviews and approves each profile before it goes public.
Yes. Students can cancel a session up to 24 hours before it starts from their dashboard. Cancellations after that window may not be eligible for a refund.
Once a session is confirmed, the teacher shares a meeting link through the dashboard. You join directly from your session page at the scheduled time.
If a teacher misses a session, you can report a no-show from the booking page. Our support team will review the case and handle it accordingly.
